Tai Chi & Qi Gong
Tai chi is often described as meditation in motion, combining deep breathing with graceful, flowing movements. The practice is low impact and puts minimal stress on muscles and joints, making it generally safe for all ages and fitness levels.
Qi Gong (pronounced CHEE-gung) is a movement practice rooted in Chinese tradition, medicine, and philosophy that brings, mind, body, and breath together for your life force and well-being.
A mix of both practices will be taught throughout the summer.
Tai Chi & Qi Gong are part of the FREE Plaza Movement Series.
