Indian Creek Plaza

Indian Creek Plaza is located in the core area of downtown Caldwell, Idaho’s retail district, adjacent to the newly restored Indian Creek, on the corner of Kimball Avenue and Arthur Street. The Plaza is equipped with an ice rink and ribbon, the Idaho Central Credit Union Stage for concerts, live entertainment and movies, outdoor seating, and a splash pad for outdoor water play.

Destination Caldwell has grown Indian Creek Plaza exponentially since its grand opening in July 2018 and will continue to be an ideal gathering place for generations to come together.

In 2022 Destination Caldwell has hosted 289 events and activities year around with 265,000 visitors and 62,000 ice skaters.

Indian Creek Plaza is owned by the City and Caldwell and managed by Destination Caldwell. This authority was granted by City of Caldwell Resolution 12-18 on January 16, 2018. Destination Caldwell also has been granted authority from the city to manage all vendors on the plaza in Ordinance 3222, as amended on July 2, 2019. Destination Caldwell is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to reclaim and rebrand Caldwell as Idaho’s premier gathering place with a focus on locally produced wines along the Sunnyslope Wine Region, market fresh goods, and farm to fork dining. Destination Caldwell is the City of Caldwell’s managing partner of the Plaza and is responsible for the management, operations and programming of events and activities which are privately funded.
