HOLD YOUR SPECIAL EVENT AT THE PLAZA

Indian Creek Plaza is a facility for the Caldwell community and its visitors.  Groups who desire to hold a social, educational, or community-oriented function must have prior written approval by Indian Creek Plaza. Guaranteed space is determined by the availability of the staff and the schedule of Indian Creek Plaza. All events must be approved by Indian Creek Plaza at least 30 days in advance. All events will be secured with full payment, insurance, and a contract. Tables are $80 and include seating for eight. Your reservation MUST be submitted 48 hours in advance. Tables are limited on a first come first serve basis. Table reservations are non-refundable.

MEETINGS ON THE PLAZA

A group of persons gathering on the Plaza in the form of a study group, meeting, lunch, or other small informal event are welcome to use the space at their leisure without rental fees. Indian Creek Plaza may ask any party to vacate the premises as deemed fit. Groups of larger than 20 people are asked to notify staff as a courtesy to ensure a great experience.
