5:00 to 7:45PM Registration & Staging at TVCC Parking Lot
7:00-9:00PM Controlled Cruise on Blaine St.

Food Trucks & Live Music across the 7th St. Bridge at Indian Creek Plaza!

Rules:
-Observe normal traffic rules and speed limits.
-Absolutely no burnouts or displays of speed or power.
-Watch for pedestrians and traffic who may have accidentally entered the cruise.
-Follow the directions of the traffic monitors.
-Those driving recklessly will be asked to exit the cruise.
