Winter Wonderland Opening Weekend Festival
Each year, the City of Caldwell transforms Indian Creek into a breathtaking winter wonderland with over a million dazzling lights! Celebrate the start of the holiday season at the Winter Wonderland Festival, hosted by Destination Caldwell and Indian Creek Plaza, and presented by Idaho Central Credit Union.
This free, family-friendly event runs from November 22-24, offering the same festive experience each night. Enjoy magical lights, visit Santa, go ice skating, savor delicious treats, and shop local vendors for your holiday gifts. It’s the perfect way to kick off the season in downtown Caldwell!

ICE SKATING AT INDIAN CREEK PLAZA
Experience winter magic at Indian Creek Plaza’s one-of-a-kind Ice Ribbon! Glide through curves and loops on this unique outdoor rink, creating memories that feel straight out of a snow globe. Skaters can cozy up in the Bogus Basin Skate Lounge, an exclusive spot to relax and warm up with friends between laps around the ice. And for everyone else – or if you’re looking to keep warm while cheering on your favorite skater – the Valley Wide Bar and Lounge is the perfect retreat with winter treats, warm drinks, and a festive atmosphere.
