 Future Downtown Development

What’s on the vine for Caldwell? Below are a list of Urban Renewal projects that are proposed for downtown:

1. Tillian: Featuring 142 apartments (142 new customers for downtown Caldwell), engaging ground floor retail, and vibrant public space. Tilian will offer an unprecedented living experience, providing residents the opportunity to work play and reside in downtown Caldwell.

2. The Commons at Creek Crossing: A three-story structure featuring a mixed-use, multi-tenant retail, lofts, and office space.

3. Amano 2.0: A two-story mixed-use, multi-tenant retail/restaurant and office space.

4. RRC Contractors: A two-story mixed-use, multi-tenant retail/restaurant and office.

5. Pedestrian and Motorist Wayfinding Signage.

6. Plaza Extension Project on Arthur and 7th.

7. Additional shade to the Plaza and green spaces in the downtown corridor.

8. Cultural Art and Murals.

The City of Caldwell has been working on bringing in a boutique hotel as well as a hybrid parking/convention center concept to the downtown region. Although size & shape are changing, Caldwell remains a charming, historic town where cultural landmarks intersect with local artisan boutiques, inviting adventurers to experience our unique history and write some of their own.
