Event Season is Here!

Spring is in the air; can you feel it?

What this means for our community is that event season on Indian Creek Plaza is upon us, and we couldn’t be more thrilled! The ice rink deconstruction is complete, and WE ARE OPEN! We’ve already seen community members soaking up the Idaho sun the past few days. We’ve had corn holers, chess players and sun bathers. The plaza is truly, “Caldwell’s Living Room,” and it’s our pleasure to host you. Come on down for a fun shopping excursion or indulgent culinary experience. Step into a shop you haven’t yet visited or eat lunch at that eatery you’ve been wanting to try out.

We have revamped our Downtown Food + Bev page at destinationcaldwell.com. Click below to peruse the categories, descriptions and foodie pics. Warning: It’s going to make you hungry!

Downtown Cadwell Eateries: Over 40 and counting

Cars & Coffee

This Saturday the plaza is hosting our next Signature Event, Cars & Coffee. This is a free car show on the downtown streets. We welcome families, car enthusiasts and curious onlookers alike to come and experience the excitement firsthand. Whether you’re a seasoned gearhead or simply appreciate the beauty of meticulous customizations, this event offers something for everyone to enjoy. And, yes, there will be plenty of coffee! Grab a cup from one of our favorite downtown coffee houses: Flying M, Java Station or Bond & Bevel.

Come join us this Saturday for a cup and some classics along the creek!

Rugged Idaho Expo

Following Cars & Coffee, we have Treasure Valley’s own Rugged Idaho Expo April 18th and 19th. This event was created to make sure you’re fully outfitted for your next Idaho adventure. Whether it’s camping, grilling, fishing, or hunting, you’ll find everything you need for the next time you get outside.

Rugged Idaho Cornhole Tournament

Nothing wrong with a little healthy competition! Grab a partner (or we’ll find one for you) and sign up for some good, clean cornhole fun. Hard to beat a warm Spring afternoon: cold beer in one hand, bean bag in the other. Not a pro-level cornholer? No worries. Think you’re the best bean bag tosser this side of the Mississippi? We’ll see about that! Every skill level is welcome to participate. 12 and older, please.

SEE YOU ON THE PLAZA!
