Super Nutrition

Super Nutrition recently became a member of Idaho Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and has been a member of the Nampa Chamber of Commerce as well.

Our goal is to encourage our community to stay active, in order to better our overall health, and to bring awareness to Mental Health. 

 Destination Caldwell has collaberated and is providing the use of their amazing stage for this event.  We will have a total of 6 Coaches on stage, leading the crowd with fun fitness routines and the most fun/catchy music.   The routines will include a variety of toning, cardio, dance (yes, dance cardio, how fun right?), and pound. Music will include some cumbia, merengue, hip-hop, along with some of the latest and greatest hits. 

The event will take place June 11, 2022  9am - 11am, Indian Creek Plaza 120 S. Kimball Ave, Caldwell ID 

The theme:  Self-Care Take Your Power Back;  what an encouraging theme considering the world-wide pandemic we are surviving; the tremendous loss of loved ones, the illnesses that have left humanity with anxiety and depression...It's time to take our Power Back!  Join us with a buddy and have a fun time dancing/working-out to fun music! 

This is a FREE event and we encourage all ages to attend.
