It’s time to get your geek on! This month’s Downtown Get Down is Nerd’s Night out and yes costumes are encouraged, as always.

You will get to enjoy an evening full of science, Star Wars and crafts. Plus, there will be a DJ from TGG Dance Studio so make sure to mark your calendars and keep an eye out for more details coming soon!

LEGO CONTEST

Calling all Lego Enthusiasts: We want you to build the coolest & most create lego set at home and share it with us at this months Downtown Get Down!

Rules: 

1.     Limit 1 entry per contestant

2.     All entries must be completed when entered

3.     All entries must be original creations (not built for a designed kit)

4.     Building blocks do not have to be Lego brand

5.     No loose pieces. All pieces must be connected to each other or on the base plate

6.     Design must reflect the event theme “Nerds Night Out”

7.     All entries must be no larger than 12”X12”

Judging: People Choice

Age Categories: 4 – 8

                           9 – 14

                           15 +

 Registration is from 6 – 7 PM

Voting ends at 7:30 PM

The winners will be announced at 8 PM
