Every year, the City of Caldwell Street Department decorates Indian Creek in downtown Caldwell with nearly a million lights! Come watch as Mayor Garrett Nancolas ‘flips the switch’ to turn on the beautiful lights at the family-friendly, fun-filled, FREE Winter Wonderland Festival, Friday, November 16, 2018 from 6 to 9 p.m.
